*All cancellations will incur a minimum $5 refund fee.*

Daily Reservations

• We require 24 hours or more notice for a full refund minus the $5 refund fee.
• A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in no refund for one day reservations.
• For multiple reservation days with less than 24 hours notice, guests are refunded all days minus the arrival date.  

Weekly Reservations

• We require 7 days or more notice for a full refund minus the $5 refund fee.
• A cancellation notice less than 7 days will result in a refund minus the daily rate for either a standard or a premium site.

Monthly Reservations

• We require 30 days or more notice for a full refund minus the $5 refund fee.
• A cancellation with less than 30 days notice will result in a refund minus the weekly rate for either a standard or a premium site.
